Squamous sell carcinoma developed on the scalp of this fair-skinned elderly man.

This melanoma has the "ABCD" warning signs of melanoma: Asymmetry, Border irregularity, Color varies, and Diameter larger than a pencil eraser - melanoma can be smaller.
